I had passed by this place many times, often noticing how busy it was. Seeing it consistently full of people made me assume it must be good — naturally, it raised my expectations and made me curious to finally try it myself. At first glance, the restaurant makes a pleasant impression. The garden is nicely decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that feels perfect for a relaxed meal. It’s the kind of setting that suggests a well-thought-out dining experience. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to that promise. From the moment we placed our order, the service felt slow. The waiting time was extremely long, far beyond what would be reasonable. What made it worse was the lack of coordination — the food wasn’t served together. We were three people at the table, yet each of us received their dishes at completely different times, which made it impossible to enjoy the meal together. The service itself added to the disappointment. Our waiter seemed tired, unhappy, and didn’t smile at all. There was no sense of warmth or attentiveness, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming. As for the food, it was another letdown. The dishes lacked flavor and didn’t stand out in any way. In fact, even something as simple as pancakes is done much better at Ecorn — better presentation, more taste, and at a much more reasonable price. Here, the quality simply didn’t justify the cost. To make matters worse, I didn’t feel well after the meal and felt sick for the rest of the day, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. Overall, the money spent was not worth it. Despite the nice setting, the slow service, underwhelming food, and overall experience make this a place I wouldn’t recommend 3 stars
