Vodno-zeleny Boulevard is one of the central recreation areas of the city of Aktobe.and it is located almost in the center of the confluence of the two main parts of the city . Nearby is the square of unity and consent of the people of Kazakhstan, where there is a gazebo with an imitation of the dome with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There is also a singing fountain on the boulevard.
