This is the first stop along the route of the buses from the ticket offices, there is a view of all the pyramids of the complex, but quite far away, on the first visit I would rather be at the foot of the pyramids. If you wish, you can ride a camel, the guide said that there is a better view, but they did not check. The camels themselves were taken away from the observation deck, so there was no smell and the site itself was quite clean.
