Constant problems with delivery. Couriers can't arrive on time, and you have to wait for them for half a day or a whole day. At the same time, do not leave the house, because after ringing the intercom, they do not call the specified phone, but simply leave. No solutions to the problem were offered, because after 13:00 they will not bring anything and only transfer (they work until 17:00 by the way). There were no problems with the water quality, but the service was 0/10.

Rudeness and complete indifference to customers We ordered the delivery of water to the office — we brought a cracked bottle, the water was flowing directly onto the floor. They immediately called the company to solve the problem, but instead of helping, they received a cynical answer: "Pour the water yourself somewhere, and the management has a question for approval." The next day, the same reply: "Everything is still being agreed upon." When I asked when the marriage would be replaced, I was again offered to "figure it out on my own." And when they objected that it was their responsibility, they said: "The director is too busy to deal with such small things." Bottom line: the problem was not solved, the clients were sent, and the service was disgusting. The bottles are old and battered — apparently, the company is saving on packaging at the expense of customers. I don't recommend it to anyone — if something goes wrong, they won't even help you.
