On the day of departure, the room was left without garbage (I brought it myself), I took off the bed linen. There is dirt in the shower room - under the toilet locker, yes, it formed in 10 days. We communicated with the owners perfectly, but what was it like to hear a voice message from the young hostess that we were, sorry, pigs. Dear hostess, Lyudmila, this shows your lack of Manners. The impression of a vacation is spoiled. You have lost at least 4 regular guests.
