I sometimes visit the expobel market and have visited this place a couple of times, observing it after two trips. It's clean enough, as in all Saigons, but on the plus side, it happens that, in addition to the standard mash and ketchup, there are soy or even some kind of local hot sauce on the tables. On the downside, the food is a little less tasty than in Saigon on zhdans, I took the dumplings and they were all torn and half without meat, sour cream was sprinkled on top, the dranik was very fried like breadcrumbs, it was also confusing that the cashier is very persistent, immediately begins to record the order, does not allow to look closely and choose, I think this is due to the fact that most customers these are sellers from the market and they have known the menu for a long time and order quickly. The dishes arrived quickly, but there were tables with dishes in the hall for quite a long time.

Nice location with very pleasant staff. For me, the disadvantage was the lack of noodle positions, but overall the point is good. Cheap, delicious, fresh food, plenty of food, easy to eat.

The service is quite fast, large portions, good selection, low prices. On the downside, we ordered borscht, brought it lukewarm, the beetroot was undercooked, and a lot of sugar was added. My wife ordered a hodgepodge, and it also had a lot of sugar in it.
