We rented room 307 on July 5-7, 2024 (so we realized that it was a Suite, or rather we did not understand it).Immediately in my defense, why did you stay: we arrived in the evening with the children, we were tired, in a strange city without knowing the language....Yes, and when we looked at the room beforehand, we were dazzled by the view from the window. Plus, they were paid with a Gazprom card and it is unclear how and when the refund would have been made.And so the pros and cons: Positive: 1. Panoramic windows (by the way, of dubious cleanliness) with a magnificent view of the sea. 2.Air conditioning (working). 3. On the second day, a waitress appeared who speaks a little Russian (respect for this) Cons: 1. Very dirty (the bathroom is dirty, the windows are dirty, the air conditioner has not been wiped since installation, there is a layer of caked dust on the baseboards, the taps are dirty...you can continue indefinitely) 2. We rented a 3-bed room for 4 people, bedding was brought for two 🙉) 3. Sockets fall out through one 4. Repair, it's a bomb!!! The cheapest laminate, peeling. The wallpaper is falling off, glued with adhesive tape (apparently the owner has not heard about wallpaper glue). In the bathroom, the ceiling is fungal, the taps are peeling, oxidized, hanging out. The shower head is splashing in all directions. The lock in the bathroom will be broken.The cherry on the cake: if you remove the rug in the center of the room, you will see a hole in the floor with wires sticking out from the chandelier below the lying room.Here we already knew how to laugh, neighed like horses, but there was no strength to be indignant 🤣🤣🤣 5. Bed: removed a gray cloth (a la bedspread, a hole in the middle.... There was a normal bed on one bed, on the second it was clearly unmade, with hair. We already went to the reception, to which we were told that the castellan was no longer there, sleep in the mud until tomorrow. However, after 30 minutes, a boy came with frightened eyes, brought one duvet cover and an imitation sheet (an unstitched piece of fabric with very characteristic unwashed stains). It was good that we traveled by car and we had a supply of blankets in case of a tent or car overnight stay. In short, self-service. 6. Furniture: with obvious traces of the flood, all peeling, chairs are monstrously dirty with a cigarette hole. The double bed is incorrectly assembled. And the single one, it seems that they stole it from the trauma department 🤣🤣🤣 8. A miracle of technology - a rotating lamp on the wall. Handles on the windows - 360 degree rotation. 7. Breakfast: three tomatoes, two pieces of cheese, bread and chocolate paste with tea. Very succinctly. On the second day , the children 's portion was seasoned with hair . In general, if you are going for impressions, then this is the right place 🤣🤣 This poem was for tourists. And now for the owner and the administration: shame and shame !!!!! We travel a lot by car and by plane. It couldn't have been worse anywhere!!!! A hotel, an airport, a train station are the face of the city. Yours is so-so. This is not respect for your own citizens (it is rare for you not to be local)!!! You can erase two and a half stars from the declared three stars with a clear conscience.
