I really liked the rolls: delicious and fresh! Usually, fresh rolls fall apart in other places, but these don't! They are dense and strong, it is clear that they are prepared by real professionals. Separately, I want to praise the sets - the composition is perfectly balanced, all the rolls are delicious and harmoniously complement each other. There are a lot of fillings, the rice is tender, and the sauces are very tasty. We picked up the order ourselves, everything was packed neatly, and it was ready by the appointed time. We took it here for the first time, the Matrix set. The filling is good enough, fresh. The cheese is almost perfect. The rice is fresh, and there is so little of it that the rolls barely hold, but it is very tasty. The cheese caps are extremely large - very juicy, again a huge plus. The weight is respected. It was prepared on time. Tempura is hot. We will order more here. Only the selection of sets is not very large, make more :) There's nothing to remove the star for. If the sushi falls apart because the rice is uneven, when there is a lot of it, it's bad. And Neo has an emphasis on the filling, that is, the taste - so it's better not to change the ratio here. Well done! P.S. We took a set of Cheese + Shrimp Cheese roll. This set is worse, unfortunately. There are fewer fish fillings, especially eel. Mango is unripe. And the underweight is 40g (1010 instead of 1050). And a piece of plastic on cheese - the unpacking was just being filmed... I don't know, guys, my impression has dropped dramatically. It's not 5 out of 5 anymore.
