I ordered the set in advance at a certain time (18.00-18.30). The order arrived to me only at 19.09. Neither the administrator nor the courier called and did not say that it was delayed - I had to call myself and ask where my order was. I had to call twice: the first time they said that the administrator would contact me, the second time he called after 10 minutes, because no one contacted me during that time. The call center referred to the high workload, so don't take more orders than you can fulfill! I don't just make an order by a certain time. And as a result, the baked rolls were cold. Thanks for ruining the evening.

Carefully packed in foil dishes. - Everything is always fresh and sooooo delicious. - A functioning, adequate application. - Feedback after placing an order is less than a minute, this is not a one-time case, but a real fact, well, at least personally from my practice (you can specify when ordering that you do not need to call, I confirm the order, it's a cool feature for introverts:) - The system of bonuses and discounts is excellent, at first I was even surprised. As far as I understand, there is a progression, more orders means more cashback, but also the starting bonus is on top, so it's great. - There is an accompanying note from the staff.
