Everything would be fine if it wasn't so hot. As almost everywhere in Italy, split systems are not used, or they are not enough to cool the air. The staff is polite, helpful, and helps with self-purchase of tickets through the terminal. The station building itself is clean, unlike some streets in Naples. The trains run according to the schedule. My rating for all trains is "5". It's cool, clean, and comfortable.

The main station left the impression of being cleaner than for commuter trains. All platforms are located in the same plane, without the need to approach through underpasses. There are enough information boards and uniformed staff who promptly resolve passenger issues.

Convenient train station, very clear - you definitely won't get lost! There are many hotels, restaurants around, metro and commuter trains nearby. Although the public surrounding the station looks intimidating at first glance, they are actually absolutely adequate people who live their lives!
