The cost of the service differs from the one stated in the application. After the first and only visit to this institution, mold (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) formed under the coating and immediately on 2 nails (in the photo, the nails after removing the coating in this studio). 1. To remove their coating, I made an appointment with an experienced craftsman Irina, indicating in advance in the comments the problem of the green nail acquired after a manicure in their studio. Without my consent, I was reassigned to another, less experienced, master, which I found out about 5 minutes before the visit. No one informed me about the replacement of the master and the reasons for this. It turns out that you don't choose the master, but the master decides whether to accept you or not. During my visit, Irina was sitting at the next table and working with another client. This attitude towards the client is very frustrating. 2. Moreover, I was surprised by the fact that the masters do not consider my problem with green nails to be a problem. Telling me right away that it's not a big deal because the area is small and not that green. They COMPLETELY DENY their guilt in the incident. But the coating peeled off after 2 weeks, which I consider to be a very low quality of either the materials or the nail treatment. 3. No one has apologized for the fact that bacteria has settled on the nails after their work. They just sent me to a dermatologist at their own expense, and advised me to apply drops to my nail, which also need to be paid for out of my own pocket. Any further dialogue on compensation will be conducted only after the written conclusion of the dermatologist.

I've attached a photo. The result: thick, short hoof nails. The shape is strange and crooked. There are also big questions about sterility. Instead of sending her to wash her hands after her manicure. All this is wiped off simply with a soapy cloth. And then they always use a makeup brush to brush the dust off their hands. Payment is either by transfer to a card or cash. The receipt is sent as an Instagram picture. It's something with something. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Save your nerves and time.
