That's great! The design is democratic. Pool and bar on the 22nd floor. A spacious area on the 1st floor. The staff is friendly, the management is pleasant (we met at the New Year's program). Of the non-specific hotels, I give the best review, although the sea is perfectly visible, it's just not on the 1st line. We were based in room 1907 (19th floor) . Prices in the bar: Saigon 22,000, coffee/tea 45,000. There is a lunch and dinner offer. Nearby is the Elena Mart store and several restaurants. Bike rental 200-250.000 days. The staff doesn't speak much English, but it doesn't interfere with communication.

I'm staying at this hotel for the second time. The hotel is excellent, very clean, cleaning every day, they provide : toothbrushes, combs, soap, gel, shampoo, ear sticks. Bathrobes, slippers, additional towels are provided for the beach, and you can take an umbrella in the rain. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are very diverse: 5-6 types of fruits, lots of vegetables, pastries, soup, broth, omelet, boiled eggs. You can make toasts. The hotel is nice. We had a rest from May 25 to June 06. We lived on the 6th floor in room 607 with a sea view. Geolocation is great, everything is nearby, but what mattered a lot to us was the silence of the night. It's not far from the sea and you need to cross the road, as in all Nha Trang hotels (this is a survival quest). The pool is small, located on the 22nd floor. The breakfasts are good, we had enough. The biggest disadvantage is the hotel sun beds, there are only 4 of them!!! We took paid ones. The room wasn't cleaned very well, maybe because we didn't tip (we don't tip almost anywhere). Generally not bad.

We had a rest here from 17 to 27.04.2025. The hotel is tired. We lived in room 705: the curtains are dirty, the light bulbs are partially lit (the room is dark), the towels are partially gray. As we wrote earlier, there are inconvenient places for storing things (I thought it wasn't important to me, but it turned out to be really inconvenient), there are no hooks for hand/face towels. There is no liquid hand soap, just a small ordinary one, but there is no soap dish for it. Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in reusable bottles smelled the same, I concluded that they were the same product, the smell was very unpleasant for me. The breakfasts are average, more focused on Asians, but you can find something to eat. During the first 2 days of our stay, the fruits were varied: watermelon, banana, dragon fruit, passion fruit. And then there is only one option for edible fruits, often watermelon and other unknown ones that no one really ate. Regarding umbrellas and sun beds on the beach: there are only 5 umbrellas, no more than 12 sun beds. Therefore, you should not rely on them. I also forgot to add that it's really 250 meters to the sea, but 500 meters to the sun beds. Rent of an umbrella and 2 sun beds 200 thousand. By location: yes, it's really good, but it's just as good as dozens of hotels in the area. Would I visit this hotel again? No

The declared private beach consists of 5 umbrellas for the entire hotel (do you like fighting at five in the morning with your compatriots? Then go here). Breakfast is meager (you can find a standard set of eggs, toast, cucumbers and not always ripe fruits; instead of coffee, fuel oil. There is no milk, only condensed milk). If the windows do not open in rooms without a balcony, then there is no fresh air option as such. Hence the smell of damp from pillows and towels. Our room has not been changed, the windows have not been opened. The refrigerator cools slightly, does not freeze (if you have medicines or cooling elements for transportation, they will not save you in the heat with such cooling levels). They don't clean well. The floors have not been wiped even once in the room. All the problems are thrown at the tour operator (although we travel independently) and they smile. That's where the help ends.

At the reception, they give us a key to a room on the 7th floor, we ask if the sea will be visible (since the hotel is located on the 2nd coastline), they answer "I don't know", it sounds like a hoax) Only by persevering and ceasing to smile is it possible to achieve relocation the next day. The view from the room on the 7th floor is really not "wow", there is only a piece of the sea on the left side, right in front of the window is a shabby building and a cell tower that irradiates you in addition 👍 The food is normal. The breakfast buffet is not very varied. Lunch and dinner, which were already included at the time of booking, consist in the fact that all guests living in the same room must choose 1 menu out of 10 existing ones (each menu has 5 items). It turns out that the same dishes are prepared for three people, which is not very convenient. The sea is about 7 minutes away on foot, you need to cross a multi-lane road every time. There are only three free umbrellas from the hotel on the beach, and a total of 6 sun loungers. Of course, they are always occupied. After moving into a room on the 12th floor, the view from the window has become much better, so if you book a "Family room with an ocean view", do not agree to stay below the 12th floor. But no matter which floor you take, the tower will always interfere with the view. However, I would not recommend room 1208 to anyone, there are BEDBUGS there. The bites appeared only after the night and itched terribly, there was always a characteristic trail of red dots. Traces of blood remained on the bedding, which allowed us to draw the following conclusions: 1. There are really bed bugs in the room 2. The bed linen was not changed for at least 4 days in a row, they just tucked the blanket beautifully into the bed. You can complain endlessly about cleaning in general, because other people's hair is everywhere, they wipe the floor only in accessible places. The sofa is stained all over. The icing on the cake turned out to be eviction! We were accused of stealing two tea spoons that simply weren't in the room initially)! The absurdity of the situation lies in the fact that the performance is played out as the cleaner perplexedly rummages through the trash cans throughout the room (to prove his innocence of the situation). The sweetly smiling receptionist suddenly loses all his friendliness and tries to make us feel guilty) He asks for 80,000 dong for two teaspoons of 🫠 From the overflow of emotions, I gesture "dislike". After that, the receptionist suddenly runs away for 5 minutes at the reception. We were already ready to pay this money, just to be allowed on the plane. As a result, I haggled casually to 40,000 dong, because the hotel employee was afraid for his reputation. This proves once again that the whole divorce is planned. They don't specifically tell you about spoons, glasses, or dressing gowns in your room in order to ask for money later. Be sure to count everything you have in your room and inform the reception desk every time if something is missing. I don't recommend the hotel to anyone. Never set foot in here again.

When we came to the room, it looked more or less pleasant, but it was The towels are not white, but dirty, there is mold in the bathtub and no one washes it or tries to remove it somehow, no one has added shampoos to us since arrival, the shower was wheezing, and most importantly, hot water needs to be waited for as in the village 🤣 The mirror was rusty And the most important thing is that I highlighted this terribly dirty balcony, it was not washed and was not going to be washed, the glass was dripping and stained with fingers, apparently from other residents, but I did not hesitate to call to ask them to wash the balcony, an employee came and washed the entire balcony. We cleaned every day, but no one washed the floor on the balcony))) In general, the cleaning was just lame, as if the beds were being made, the towel was changed, and that was it. The light bulbs were burning out in the room, the color scheme was either working or not) The refrigerator in the room is just for show, the fruit won't survive in it for even two hours, the staff told us that it cools just a little bit. And about breakfast!!!! They are exactly the same there every day, there is not much delicious, the pancakes are tasteless, the omelets are not fried, there is coffee and only condensed milk, if you want milk, then go to where the cereal is and pour it there, but keep in mind that there is very little there) On the last day, we left early, but our breakfast was paid for, we were given a kind of lunch, it was of course very funny, they embarrassed themselves, there were two pieces of bread, butter and a piece of cheese, water and everything. My husband and I get a room on the 17th floor, without a balcony, the neighboring rooms are renovated on both sides, there was no spotlight in the room, a faulty safe.
