We would like to sincerely thank the managers and staff of the National Hotel in Gudauta. We had a rest from October 18 to October 30 with a family of 3 adults.+ child , we booked 2 rooms with and without a balcony. The room with a balcony was on the 4th floor, the view of the mountains is amazing. Nice furniture on the balcony is nice to sit on. The dryer is in the room. Good air conditioning and 2in1 heater, comfortable mattresses, snow-white linen. A little later, friends joined us. Everyone was VERY satisfied. The main advantages are the novelty and cleanliness of the rooms and premises, convenient location (5 minutes to the sea, free sun beds on the sea, 5 minutes to the market, many shops nearby, cellular connection, excellent pastry shop, railway station nearby, went to Dioscuri in Sukhum) and most importantly very friendly and pleasant staff. Special thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff, the food is fresh, homemade, and satisfying! There will definitely be no problems or poisoning! Cleaning works great too! It's nice that the room has toilet soap, shower gel and shampoos in dispensers. If something is missing, then at any request the girls will immediately inform. The linen was changed according to the schedule. Everything is fine. The male security guard is also wonderful, does his job perfectly, always on the lookout! On my birthday, I received a compliment from the hotel-a greeting card and a bottle of champagne. Thank you-it's a pleasure! The reception desk will tell you everything, explain if necessary. + I contacted the hotel in advance and was recommended the number of Ashot's driver, who comfortably arranged an individual transfer from the hotel to Adler airport. I stayed at this hotel with my daughter, she is 4.5 years old. I was in May, from 21 to 28, 7 nights. The hotel was pleased with its cleanliness. Everything is new, it was recently opened, it turned out just a few weeks ago. The room is clean. I have a 305 superior corner room with a balcony, a view of the mountains from the window, and from the balcony to the hotel grounds and the road. It's very bright and cozy. We put 2 bottles of water on check-in (there is no coffee or tea in the room and it is not replenished, the water is also not replenished, this is not provided in the room of my category, but in my opinion everything is replenished in the suite) There is also a kettle, a corkscrew, a refrigerator, a dental kit in the bathroom, gel shampoo soap, and an excellent hair dryer. Ironing facilities are on the floor. There is drinking water in the cooler at the reception, tap water is suitable for tea, boil it. I took my own tea and coffee. For drinking, I bought a 5L bottle of water at the market, 70p, it was enough for me for the entire stay. I just poured this water into the remaining water bottles when I moved in and went to the beach like that. Of the advantages, the location, near the market, beach, park. The market is local, everything is very inexpensive. We got to strawberry season in May, ate local strawberries heartily. There is also a variety of inexpensive, high-quality homemade cheeses (from cow's milk, buffalo milk), cottage cheese, fruits, fresh juices, homemade compotes, vegetables, nuts, khachapuri, smoked trout, dried and smoked meat, spices, churchkhela, Turkish sweets, pharmacies, wines, clothing, jewelry, shoes, household chemicals and everything that You can find anything. The local beer is there, if anyone needs it, I don't drink it myself, but if anyone likes it, the local beer is of good quality, light, not strong. Prices are lower than in Samara, and everything is also cheaper at the pharmacy or costs the same amount. So you don't have to take a lot of food and medicine with you, just what you need, there will always be an opportunity to buy on the spot. There is a small Orthodox church on the way to the market. The beach is five minutes away, you can go through the Pearl hotel, or past the restaurant, the terrace also has access to the sea, or go even further, there is also a descent. The beach from the Pearl hotel, sun beds and umbrellas are provided. They don't give you a beach towel, but you can buy the simplest ones on the market during your vacation and use them on the beach, then throw them away, or bring them with you, whichever is more convenient. If you walk along the embankment to the right to the end, there will be a Katya park, there are swings, children's entertainment, cafes. On the left along the embankment there is also the Gudauta city park, there is already a Ferris wheel, entertainment for children, a beautiful ship, a pier, restaurants, a balcony by the sea, and others. In the center on Geroyev Avenue there are also Fast food eateries, coffee shops, shops and so on. The food is great for me, it's not a buffet, but you take food in sets ready, each dish is served by chefs. The restaurant is small, but there weren't many people when I was on vacation, maybe it will be fully loaded during the season. But the food is prepared with the soul, everything is delicious, the chefs are trying their best. The beach is pebbly. The water is clean. I even had time to swim, the weather was good, it got colder by the end of May, but we had already left. Boats and boats ride along the coast, you can take a ride, it is inexpensive. Dolphins swim up) The city of Gudauta itself is very small, the disadvantages are that there are not sidewalks everywhere, something is abandoned, as everywhere in Abkhazia. There are few pedestrian crossings, and local drivers do not comply with traffic regulations. You need to be careful on the roads. But the nature is amazing, the air is beautiful. For those who need a restful rest and a reboot, the place is very suitable, in my opinion. Nearby, in Primorsky, there is a hydrogen sulfide spring and mud, a taxi from the hotel is about 700 rubles one way, a ticket for an adult is 300 rubles, a child is 4.5 years old for free, I do not know how old the child is for free, but you can specify. The place is no frills, very modest, but I personally felt the effect of the procedure, the main thing is to follow the instructions correctly, they will tell you everything at the checkout, do not sit in the pool of the spring for a long time (if you overdo it, it puts your heart down), there are contraindications!
