All the slides are free, which makes me happy. The territory is clean, there are urns. There is animation for children. 5 points for this. What didn't really please me was the kitchen, the food on the premises. Prices are above average compared to Almaty, and the taste of the food seemed to be an amateur. Edible, that's the end of it. The portions are small. According to the prices for comparison, a hot dog is priced at 3000 tenge, a shish kebab is 3000 tenge, a stick. Ice cream is branded only, 1,500 tenge per ball. Drinks cost 3-4 times higher than in the store. Well, for a family of 4 people, an average of 30 thousand tenge goes out to eat more or less once. I would love to bring my own food and drinks, but alas, I can't. There's a security check at the entrance. For this, minus 1 star.

"By the sea" in Kapchagai is a large recreation area with swimming pools, a beach, a sauna and entertainment for children. It is suitable for family holidays, but it can be very crowded during the season, and entrance prices are slightly higher than in neighboring recreation areas. Very nice pool.
