We installed the Aqara A100 smart lock, and we were very satisfied. The lock works quickly and reliably: it opens on a smartphone instantly, integration with HomeKit and automation work without errors. The application is intuitive, it took a couple of minutes to add users. The foreman from the company arrived exactly at the agreed time, did everything carefully and without damaging the door, and carefully cleaned the workplace. I particularly liked that the specialist explained all the functions in detail, helped to link the account and set up access for guests. We also checked the lock's operation in several scenarios and left instructions. During the warranty period, the setup question was answered within a day. I recommend it to those who want a high-quality installation and friendly support.
