We rested for 8 days. Overall, everything is fine. There were some minor issues with the placement, but the owner offered different options and a discount. They agreed and stayed. Booked more than a month in advance, checked in at 5:30!(Not everyone goes to a meeting) Clear! The photo shows an outdoor toilet and showers, with carpets!!!! On the first and second floors there are 4 rooms, 2,3 and 4 bed accommodation. There is a combined bathroom on the second floor, 2 showers and a toilet on the first floor, and there were practically no queues when fully occupied. There is a large kitchen plus a dining room on the second floor, a smaller kitchen on the ground floor, and four tables in the shade in the courtyard. There are enough dishes for everyone. The linen is clean, the towels are sparkling white, plus towels for the beach. The furniture is not new, but it is quite good. Borisovna keeps an eye on the house - she grumbles, sets the rules, but if it weren't for her and her rules, there wouldn't be such cleanliness. The beach below is accessible for swimming, but if someone is not satisfied, there are two more beaches within a 7-minute walk to the left and right. We went to the right : There's a good cafe, shade under the trees, and more space. On the beach at the guest house there are four rods, a table with benches under a fig tree. The entrance to the water is by steps (there are breakwaters). I enjoyed having breakfast in the morning with a view of the mountains, and having dinner in the courtyard in the evening with the sound of the surf. There is one store within a 5-minute walk, the second is 8 minutes away. We liked the cafe with home cooking nearby in the alley (10 minutes). Anyone who needs a rest without fuss, deserted beaches, clean nature with sea and mountain air is welcome here. We had a rest like at a country house outside the city!

I wish everyone not just to relax, but to have a good rest, so that it would be pleasant for both soul and body. So, the Medlar guest house is just for such a holiday!!! We had a rest from July 22 to 28. Lydia Borisovna took us in, and she will have good health for many years to come. We felt at home. Everything you need : snow-white linen, perfect cleanliness, two kitchens, on the first and on the second floor. Three shower cabins. Complete landscaping!!!Refrigerators. All for the benefit of vacationers. And what a view!!!!!! There are mountains on one side, and clouds on the mountains!!!! And on the other - the sea. A small beach. We met the owner a day later. A very decent family!!!! To the vacationers with respect. Dear friends! I recommend. Have a good rest at the Medlar Guest House. Thanks a lot from me personally to Lidia Vasilyevna.
