I visited this barbershop once by appointment. The interior is rated 3.5 on a 5-point scale. The staff is friendly. The masters are young, they cut their hair in a youth fashion, or maybe they got caught by such a master. In general, it's not bad. But I wasn't very happy with the haircut..although it happens in Minsk in different ways, it all depends on the master. Find your master and you will be fine.
