I came to Kokshetau to visit. I decided to make an appointment in advance at this "salon" for a manicure to prepare for the wedding. I signed up via WhatsApp, the master seemed to treat me politely. When I came to the salon, I saw a completely different attitude. The manicure master Mahabbat was swearing at someone on the phone, taking up time. After that (maybe out of anger at the phone interlocutor), she roughly began to saw my nails, as a result of which small wounds remained on my fingers. When I asked why the master behaves in this way, I heard swearing and the words: "If you are not satisfied with something, you can leave." The manicure (not counting the wounds) earned a score of 4, a ratio of 1. I do not recommend visiting this salon.
