As always, the operator has some tricky schemes. They connect you to their network, choose the "Unlimited" tariff, where the website states that the Internet is unlimited. But, as it turns out, you are given a limited number of gigabytes, and if you exceed them, they will start charging you money. For example, 10 rubles will be charged for 200-2000 megabytes. Moreover, in order to continue using their "unlimited Internet", you need to manually activate some "turbo" services through the application. At the same time, there are no notifications that traffic is running out, so it's easy to miss this moment — and the money will be charged to you with joy. Another nuisance is the connection of additional services without notification. As a result, it seems that everything is deliberately confusing so that the client does not notice what services were imposed on him. I think the operator is deliberately complicating the processes. As a result, in three months they charged me about 50 rubles for additional services and the Internet, which I didn't even know about. Moreover, they connected additional TV channels to me, although I couldn't agree to this because I don't have a TV at all. I'm a busy person and I don't want to waste time constantly monitoring traffic (especially when the tariff is stated as unlimited) and activating all sorts of "turbo", "boosters" and other tricks. I can't imagine how many elderly people and those who just find it difficult to understand all these schemes have already fallen for such a trick. I believe they are still being deceived. Be careful and attentive!
