In response, she received a rude refusal and information that they did not have this card and were generally withdrawn from circulation. When I asked my colleagues to find out if the card details were available in other salons, they responded rudely and offered to call 0890 herself. It turned out that such cards are not withdrawn from circulation, but are present in sufficient numbers in a number of other salons, which I used. In other salons, the service is at a decent level.

I wanted to close the room. I came to the salon, where the administrator (a young guy) said that it was necessary to pay the debt of 8 rubles and kopecks. I understood that she was there, but I couldn't pay because the payment was by card or EPIP, and the money was only cash. But!!! A little later, in another branch, when I was closing the room, it turned out that the debt was 0.83 kopecks! The difference is significant. Luckily, there was no money on the card. Employee care is important!
