Хотела купить сертификат на 3000 рублей для своего сотрудника. Попросила все сделать в онлайн режиме, так как совсем нет времени для поездок по данным делам. Предложила перевести деньги и отправить яндекс курьера. Продавец отказался от продажи сертификата. Клиентоориентированность на нуле. Жаль, что из-за подобных менеджеров теряет магазин выручку. Звонила и просила продать сертификат 16.02 в 10:20
