It all started on January 2, when our 16-year-old Chihuahua suddenly started coughing and looked sad. We turned to you and immediately fell into the reliable hands of Dr. Anastasia Valeryevna Shumak. Her sensitivity, attention to detail and the highest professionalism made it possible to quickly diagnose (ultrasound and tests) and make an accurate diagnosis – pneumonia. A clear treatment regimen, conscientious implementation of recommendations and your support have yielded results: Dusya has recovered. However, three weeks later, the situation repeated itself. Upon repeated examination, Anastasia Valeryevna discovered Dusi's pyometer and insisted on an urgent operation. The surgeon Eliseev Andrey Nikolaevich performed the emergency intervention brilliantly. Despite our pet's advanced age, lung and heart problems, the operation was successful, and the recovery period was uneventful. God heard our prayers, and in many ways, thanks to your golden hands, Dusya recovered and began to delight us with her sonorous barking again. Three months later, we had a new stroke: the cough returned, and breathing became difficult. The diagnosis that Anastasia Valeryevna made this time left us no hope. But it was at this moment that we fully felt what a real veterinary team means. You didn't give up. Anastasia Sergeevna Tomashevich, Anastasia Valeryevna Shimak, Andrey Nikolaevich Eliseev, Evgeny Alexandrovich Novogran, assistants Ilya and Dominik, girls, administrators – each of you supported our hope, gave attention, explained every step and stayed by our side. Today our Dusya turned 17 years old, and it became possible only thanks to you. Thank you for your knowledge, tremendous experience, impeccable professional skills and, most importantly, for your sincerity and sensitivity. You don't just save the lives of our pets – you bring joy back to our families, give happiness to each of us, and teach us not to give up even when there seems to be no chance left. Wet Nose clinic is not about commerce, but about real help and care for your pets from a team of professionals. It is especially important that all the staff, from the reception staff to the doctors themselves, treat animals with great warmth, and therefore sincerely strive to help the pet in every possible way and support the owner. On several occasions, the clinic staff stayed after the end of business hours to provide full-fledged consultations and help all those who applied. As you know, successful treatment begins with the correct diagnosis. And when our cat Sonya was offered antidepressants in an extremely serious condition in another Grodno clinic, Anastasia Shimak, together with ultrasound doctor Evgeny, correctly identified the complete obstruction of the urinary tract of the only remaining kidney, which allowed us to find a solution and save the cat in time. For almost a year now, Sonka with grade 3 CRF has been receiving the necessary care and procedures on a regular basis. Today, Anastasia professionally performs such a critical procedure for us as flushing the SUB system, which allows us to fully fight bacterial infection and not torment the cat with difficult trips to Minsk. Without exaggeration, this procedure has never been performed so stresslessly and painlessly for a pet. Anastasia's experience and skills are unique to Grodno and, hopefully, will help many more kittens with a similar problem. I would like to thank Anastasia Tomashevich for creating such a wonderful place and all the consultations she provided. Anyway, thank you all for your help, smiles and support. We've been to different places over the past year and there's a lot to compare it with. If anyone else is in doubt, I recommend using a Wet Nose if possible.
