Today, 11.06.2025, I had a chance to visit the Wet Nose pet store. Oksana, the salesperson, was in the store. There was 1 customer in the store at the time of the visit. In the sales area, in the customer's access area, there were packages of toothpicks for dogs by the window. I have 9 animals. I always buy treats in packages. Taking a pack of toothpicks in my hands, I contacted the seller to clarify the cost. The salesman started saying in a rude, arrogant manner that there was no need to touch anything there. I clarified: after all, the product is located in the buyer's access area, in the sales area? To which she replied that it was not for us, but for her. The seller took the package of toothpicks from me and put it under the cash register. Although there were similar packages in the place where we took it. To my indignation about customer orientation, the salesperson replied with undisguised sarcasm : "And good day to you." Bottom line: we have not received a response to the request for the cost of packing toothpicks. The seller is not interested in either selling or presenting the product. They left without a purchase and in a bad mood. I give the seller a one-star rating, I liked the assortment in the store.
