Coffee drinks are great. Not really fan of food, almost all salads are very sour, and croissants for me happened to be not so fresh. But the lowest thing to remark is service: slow, forgetting, messy waiters, can't say it make me wanna comeback.

A very pleasant place in the center of Yerevan. It's like an Instagram interior: bright, beautiful, and cozy. It's a very atmospheric place. They smiled at the funny signs in the toilet. The coffee is delicious, there are 3 varieties of grains of different brands, you can choose. The service is excellent. There was a slightly strange moment (a mistake by the barista) when they brought me an order (afogato coffee) with a mocha that lacked coffee. But the receptionist reacted instantly, brought a new order and presented a beautiful coupon for free coffee. This is customer orientation! When we visited them for the second time, they brought stickers with wishes and affirmations in Armenian when ordering. The waiter kindly helped translate. It's a small thing, but it's nice :) If you walk around the center and want beautiful photos, come in, you won't regret it.

Great place! It looks cramped from the outside, but no - there is a second floor and tables are conveniently located. We tried a lot of tiramisu - all delicious, with a real original cream. A huge selection of dessert flavors. There is also a main menu with offers for breakfast and for those who adhere to healthy lifestyle. The service is excellent

On the first day, I ordered tiramisu and geyser coffee. The coffee was really delicious, there are no questions about serving: it was served with a stand, sugar and a mini profiterole - it was nice. The next day I decided to stop by for a snack: I ordered a salad mix and coffee. Unfortunately, the impression has been greatly spoiled. The biscuits in the dessert were uneven - some were completely dry, some, on the contrary, were waterlogged. But the most unpleasant thing is the service. My order was just lost. Two employees (a girl and a young man) worked in the hall. I waited for about 45 minutes, then got up to leave. During all this time, no one approached me, clarified the status of the order, or apologized. Moreover, when I was about to leave, the staff silently started deleting the order from the screen. Question to the administration: are the employees undergoing training? Why is there a lack of basic attention to guests and interest in work? I would like to note that the hall itself is beautifully decorated, everything is clean, and the location is convenient. However, there is a disadvantage - the smell of cigarette smoke draws into the room. It's a pity that with a good interior and good coffee, the overall impression was spoiled by the service.

Service 10/8 Hostess Astghik greeted us very warmly, thank you for that, it's very nice to be greeted for the first time as a regular guest! But the service is very lame, they don't come to clean up during only at the end, they don't ask if you liked it or not. We need to work on the service! The score is 10/9 We liked all the dishes we ate, not refined, but decent and delicious, and most importantly, not expensive. But the service needs to be improved to make people feel comfortable! The bill came out to about 16 thousand drams.

This is a newly opened branch, I visited it once. A pleasant, bright, simple and cozy interior with the ability to monitor traffic on the street The staff is very friendly, motivated, attentive, well informed about the cooking features of the dishes presented in the menu. I ordered tiramisu with cherry puree and chocolate sauce. I asked to make cream without eggs, and my request was granted. I was informed that in this case I would have to wait about 10 minutes. The order was delivered properly during the specified period. It is welcome when the menu lists the calorie content of each type of tiramisu, as well as the main ingredients. As for the taste: the cream turned out to be quite delicate, and the sweetness was balanced with other ingredients. I really liked the consistency and sour taste of the cherry puree, which was successfully combined with chocolate sauce with cream.😍 The only thing that didn't really satisfy me was the degree of impregnation of the Savoyards. when I tried tiramisu, coffee liquid (with weak strength) often dripped from the pieces I took. It would be desirable for them to have crispy pieces in some places, moist pieces in some places. As for the taste of coffee present in tiramisu: Since there was a combination of chocolate and cherries, I think that in this version it would be superfluous to emphasize the taste of coffee. The black coffee was delicious, and there was a motivational note on the serving plate. I will continue to explore other dishes in the cafe.

I was at this place tonight. There are no special complaints about the food, everything is more or less normal. But I want to pay special attention to the service staff in this review - they worked slowly: they ordered pancakes, which were not brought for a very long time until we asked. I was most surprised by the rudeness of the bespectacled waitress who came up to me to ask my opinion about pasta, to which I politely replied "fine," after which I was bombarded with a lot of questions and complaints in a very rude way, such as: "what exactly did not like?". When I replied, "I don't know," the waitress attacked me in a semi-chorus, saying, "they would just say it was very good," and began pestering my friend with questions in the same way. After that, she walked away and after a while came up to me with a glass of lemon water in the form of an "apology", which is given for free. I advise you to check your employees for mental disorders and train them in basic customer communication skills.
