As a result, I was given store points, which I just have nowhere to use right now. The most unpleasant thing is not even in the product, but in the attitude towards the customer. Money is accepted quickly, but with a refund they create the feeling that they are doing everything to avoid it. I believe that a normal service is to calmly return money for low—quality or unsuitable goods and leave a good impression on the customer. After this situation, I personally will be very careful about buying anything in Modus.
