On July 13, I terminated the contract with this company. I was immediately surprised that the refund period is 10-14 days, not from the moment of submitting the application, but from July 15, because, as I understood, my application could only be submitted to the manager who signed the contract with me. Such a formality seems far-fetched and completely out of line with the level of service, especially considering that most companies refund money within 2-3 business days. Today is August 2nd, 17 days have passed, and the money has not been returned. After my reminder, the manager gave me the number of the "service" where I applied — they asked me for my last name and that was it. There was still no response, despite the fact that there were still about two hours left before the end of the working day. The weekend has arrived, and now I can only wait for Monday, not knowing what awaits me in return. I am very disappointed with the work of the company: starting from the late processing of the application, ending with the way the employees of the "service" simply ignore the client. After this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
