It can be seen that the owners tried very hard to create comfort in their hotel by making an original interior design. I really liked the perfect cleanliness in the room and the work of the receptionist. 💝 Despite the fact that smoking is prohibited in the rooms, it is allowed on the landing in the corridor and when the guests go out to smoke, the room starts to smell very strongly of smoking. And in general, when you walk along a smoky corridor, the impression of this place immediately deteriorates. If the owners make a smoking area on the street, it will be a very nice, cozy hotel with original renovation, which I will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances.

06/19 we stayed at this hotel for the night, we were pleasantly surprised by such service and excellent rooms, closed Parking, everything is clean and cozy in the room, there is everything you need, even there was air conditioning, very friendly staff, we recommend this hotel to everyone, one of the best in Karaganda!

Cozy, not expensive. If it's for a long time, that's it. Dishes, cutlery, washing machine, microwave, kettle, clothes dryer, hair dryer. Clean bed, towels (change at least every day), room cleaning according to schedule (inform). Polite and helpful staff.
