I've been putting off writing a review for this hotel for a very long time :)) We went on vacation for 7 days in June 2025 . There were 2 pairs of us. Upon check-in, we were immediately offered a room with a surcharge for the best view. The guys agreed. They were placed on the 4th or 5th floor. We stayed on the 2nd floor. As a result. The view is the same, plus or minus, and the cleaning of the floors above suffers ...) The guys complained that they did not change their towels, even if they left them thrown on the floor. They were just picked up and hung back up))) Swans and other interesting figures made of bed linen and towels were left for us on the 2nd floor. There was also trouble with the cards, which did not work and did not open the doors...) as a result, our cards were changed and they could open any door ( we tried to open each other's doors ) Then I want to talk about animation. Very weak . I would like something more fun. We were offered to leave for the club after 23:00 , but we thought it would be better to spend the same money on an extreme excursion . 😁 The bartender personally took a personal dislike to me one of the first nights. He poured cocktails for a long time on purpose, ignored them, and generally behaved strangely. It happened after he raised his voice at me because I didn't understand exactly how to get in line. Of course I answered. Something like, "you don't need to raise your voice at me, it's enough to calmly answer me so that I understand." He didn't like this answer, and then there was this story. To be honest, I wanted to go to the administrators and complain about such an employee. But..) I regretted it :) God be with him ) Of the advantages : The food is very tasty and there is a lot of choice for me! A wonderful guide! We went on a guided tour without any problems. Then there was a hammam and massage at the hotel. Super! I really liked it! The hotel has 2 swimming pools. The one that is quiet, there are always more places there) That's where we mostly hung out. It's not that far to go to the sea.15-20 minutes at a steady pace. We took rubber closed slippers (aquashouses) with us. We went down to the sea from the pier. And the nice thing is that you could get beer and other drinks from the hotel for free right by the sea. You could also have a fast food lunch near the sea (also included in the price) . We never did it)) I didn't feel like it in the heat . We tried to get back to the hotel by lunchtime. Take a shower and come eat delicious food in peace . Grilled meat was served in the evening . The aroma from the restaurant wafted to our balcony an hour before dinner)) Just Wow! We were always full and satisfied)))

I do not recommend young people to relax here, you will definitely not like it (service/staff/ entertainment/food is at a low level) There are 2 incomprehensible animators for the whole hotel, unpleasant Disco until 22, when even in hotels where there are children there is a disco until 23 Get ready for 80% of the hotel to be packed with rude and loud Germans The hotel is located on a mountain-the wind will always be with you As for me, this is not a 16+ hotel, but a 60+ (vacation for pensioners) The rooms are normal, nothing unusual, at the reception they are trying to get everyone to a more expensive room (40-50€) I didn't ask any of the Russians how they liked the hotel, they all put a maximum of 3* and say they definitely won't come back here.

The remarkable difference is the 18+ hotel, that is, there are no screaming and crying children. But if you're waiting for youth breakaway get-togethers, don't come here either. It is better to relax here for calm adults who want the same relaxing holiday. The staff is attentive (except for the cleaners) and friendly. One of the disadvantages is the entrance to the sea (concrete slabs) and the actual inability to get to a la carte dinner (there are simply more guests in the hotel than they can physically serve). There are subtleties with hot water (the water is heated by the solar system) and the lack of warm blankets (the hotel is designed to work only in summer)
