We had a rest in August with a large company, we liked everything! The room with a large window is very bright, which is not the case with the others) everything is clean, the bathroom does not smell! D.Misha is very friendly, as is his daughter Yana. We solved all issues promptly! The location is convenient, a minute to the sea, there is a summer kitchen, Parking, a cafe nearby! But if you don't like music in the evenings, it will be difficult for you) we went to a cafe every other day, so nothing bothered. The rest was a success.

We booked and stayed at the hotel from August 18 to August 30, 2025. Overall it is good, the room is clean, there are no foreign odors in the bathroom and toilet, the friendly host. They were met at the border and taken to the hotel. There is a summer kitchen, an additional toilet, refrigerators, benches, and a barbecue area. There were minor flaws, but we tried to fix everything promptly. Special thanks to the owner's daughter, Yana. He is always in touch, tries to do everything for the guests. The Parus cafe is nearby, and music can be heard in the evenings until 00:00, after which there is silence. It is very convenient that there is a first line and 2 gates on the territory: to the cafe and to the beach. I recommend it!
