The delivery dates are not respected at all, and it seems that no one is following or wants to follow this except the customer himself. I've encountered this more than once, as a last resort, the delivery was delayed by 16!!!! days. I recommend that you think very carefully and consider the options for ordering elsewhere, even if it will be more expensive.
