We would like to thank the Merapi travel agency for the excellent organization of the Belarusian Extravaganza tour. The bus was comfortable. Thanks to the drivers. Your work requires a lot of patience and attention. Igor, the escort, was erudite, tactful, pleasant in communication and with a wonderful sense of humor, always kept everything under control. Separately, I would like to note the kindness, attentiveness and sincere interest in my guests at the Dary Matuli goat farm. In the Sporovsky nature Reserve, the guide conducted a fascinating tour, and the silent ferryman safely ferried us across the Creche. This is not the first time we have used the services of a travel agency. Thank you from our entire large company!!!!

We would like to thank the staff of the Merapi travel agency for the well-organized reception in Grodno. We traveled from April 10 to April 12, 2025 along the Grodno - Lida route with a visit to the museum of the Brewery and the Castle - Belovezhskaya Pushcha - Brest with our company of 18 people. It was an individual tour with visits to our chosen locations. I really liked the work of Anna's manager, who was always in touch, was ready to answer any question and adjust the program based on our wishes! Anna is a very polite, tactful and professional employee of Merapi! Upon arrival, we met her personally - a very nice girl! She gave all the members of our group very nice souvenirs to remember their visit to Belarus. It was unexpected and extremely pleasant! Igor and Roman, wonderful guides who were really passionate about their work, worked with us. We were very pleased with their work and attentive attitude towards us. The driver Gennady is an excellent professional! Cool safe driving! The whole program turned out perfectly and we took away only positive emotions! Thanks again for organizing our tour! A very interesting excursion on May 2 was: a tulip field, a goat farm, a nature reserve. Positive emotions and delight, but a master class on cheese making on a goat farm was prescribed, which in the end never took place. It made me sad, but no one warned me that it wouldn't happen...
