It's clean, cozy and very soulful! And all thanks to the owner of this hotel, Maria. I had a very pleasant impression of the evening spent talking with Maria and another guest of the hotel, a wonderful breakfast, carefully prepared by the hostess, and the hotel in general. I recommend it!

The owners of the hotel are the best people in Georgia. And these are not big words! We were traveling by car for 2 days and the hotel we booked cancelled our reservation because we were late for check-in. We were left without a hotel, hungry and without local currency. And it was 23:00 on the clock. We arrived in Kutaisi and found ourselves at Maria's hotels. Beso and Maria accepted us as relatives. They took me to change rubles at a very good exchange rate, took me to a restaurant, and then picked me up in my personal car. We were the only guests in the hotels. And we'll have a buffet in the morning!! They said we could stay as long as we needed to. The hotel itself is small, but very cozy. Everything you need is available. If we stay in Kutaisi again, then only in this hotel!

A very good mini-hotel, located in the old district of Kutaisi, near a lot of free Parking places, convenient exit from the city and entrance to the center. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh, the bathroom is clean, the room has air conditioning. Everything is very decent. There is no way to cook on your own, but there is a kitchen where you can drink tea, coffee or something to eat that you brought with you, there are cutlery. The owners of the hotel are a very pleasant married couple, very friendly to all their guests, had a good rest in Kutaisi! I recommend it!
