I was twice here. The first time I didn’t receive a burger in my takeout order. Unfortunately, I found out it only at home. The next time they literally forgot about me. I had to remind about myself after 20 minutes. On the one hand, I don’t want to go there the third time. On the other hand, I think other branches work the same way, alas

I was here in January. 2 happy meal toys, straw sauces and something else were not delivered. Now I've decided to stop by for the second time. I've been waiting for an order for a very long time. We forgot to put 2 burgers, sauces, and straws. The food is cold and not very tasty. I have not encountered this in other McDonald's establishments in Tbilisi.

Overall, the place is nice, the atmosphere is pleasant and the space is very cozy. There are no questions about the order, everything is delicious according to the standard. The only thing is that you wait a long time for an order, plus they didn't let you in the restaurant due to the fact that you were with a small chihuahua dog. They weren't even allowed on the open veranda. I had to order with myself.
