I've already informed them that the cash register will be opened now and it won't be 5-8 minutes before the cash register is open. Dear managers of this store, put this issue in order. I'm not saying that two cash registers should work smoothly at once, but when there are more than five people in line, I consider it too much.

Lack of customer service organization. They don't track customer traffic during peak hours. There is always one cash register. There are no self-service cash registers. They do not respond to the request to provide a book of proposals. But administrative liability is provided for failure to provide a book on demand.
