The service is at zero! We walked around the store for 10 to 15 minutes, not a single consultant came up, everyone was standing and sitting on their phones. I went up to the cash register with my child to buy baits - no one even reacted, no one cared! We planned to buy a mormyshing kit, but we left with nothing! I've been wanting to get here for so long and I was disappointed when I got here!
