We came to Kulsary with my husband a couple of times, decided to stop by this place to eat, and we didn't regret it. The waiters and the receptionist are friendly and courteous. The cuisine is simply gorgeous, the dishes are very tasty, special thanks to the chefs. Royal ear, manti, mutton with vegetables, pasta, Caesar salad, beef tongue salad, julienne with mushrooms and chicken - this is generally a dump.
