We had a paid reservation, we arrived at one o'clock in the morning, the administrator said that there was no reservation, the reservation was from OZON travel.We waited 3 hours while Ozon clarified all the circumstances, offered us a replacement hotel cheaper than ours with the signature that we do not need to pay anything extra, we are ready to just make a replacement. We take a new taxi, go to a new hotel (worse than ours) and don't pay anything extra. When we asked for a refund for a reservation that we could not use, we were told that they WOULD CONSIDER the possibility of a refund with a request to the hotel (despite the fact that the hotel had not seen our reservation at all) Cool, right? And the hotel does overbooking, think about it, before booking from Ozon and choosing this hotel, you can stay without a hotel and without money. And ozone does not allow you to publish a negative review)think for yourself-decide for yourself)
