They "confused" our reservation for a larger room, settled into a smaller one, asked us to wait until the night of relocation, and because of this, we couldn't get enough rest and sleep. The TV wasn't working in the room, and there was no kettle.Of course, there was no question of any compensation. When we entered from the street, the cleaning lady yelled at us that we were taking a long time to climb the stairs and prevent her from cleaning up.The impression of this place is terrible, not worth the money.
