**"If it were possible, even one star is more. I gave my car to the service; only the rear taillight was broken and there was a slight paint treatment. Exactly 12 days have passed and they still haven't been able to deliver the vehicle. As a justification, they say ’there were no stop lights'. Why does this concern me? If it will take you 3 months to bring the part from abroad, will you deliver the vehicle to me after 3 months? I gave all the documents Kasco asked for in full. If I had not given, how would the substitute have provided the means? I'm texting, there's no answer. I'm calling, the phone is not answering. I want information, there is no turning back. I'm asking the price, no one is returning. In short, you don't care about the customer. Communication even in such a simple process
