Master Inna always had his dog sheared, there were no questions, but unfortunately Inna no longer works at the salon, they recommended another master Natalia! Picking up the dog after the haircut, we were shocked by what we saw. Think many times before contacting this salon, and even more so to the "master" Natalia! The administrator called back, and there was no way to apologize and resolve the issue or somehow smooth out the situation, she just started referring to the offer agreement, which I had to read before paying for the so-called service. Never set foot in this beauty salon again
