Все эти 5 звезд для официанта Андрея, только он смог вытянуть это заведение на такую оценку. Объясняю почему: 1. Хостес. Я бронировала заранее стол на 4 человека. В заведение мы пришли вчетвером ровно ко времени. На входе было 2 хостес и 2 девушки посетительницы. Нас поприветствовали и уточнили на чье имя бронь. Хостес замешкалась и сказала «Наверное вы вместе». Я предупредила, что мы не вместе, на что хостес ответила «Пройдемте». Мы прошли все вместе, остановились поодаль стола, куда привели девушек. Пока им раскладывали меню, мы продолжали стоять отдельно, ожидая, пока нас посадят за наш стол. В итоге хостес просто ушла, оставив нас стоять. Пришлось вернуться обратно за стойку и уточнить не забыли ли про нас. Но даже после эти слов девушке (как я понимаю, это была главная хостес) не пришло в голову проверить брони, она отправила вторую хостес, которая отвела нас за тот же стол. Мы ещё раз проговорили, что это не наш стол, мы не вместе. Только после этого уже вторая хостес вернулась на стойку перепроверить наш стол. Это был очень странный перфоманс 2. Еда. Вкус — обычный, задумка и подача — великолепные. Трио тартаров подают с маленькими бутылочками: маслом, лимонным соком и соусом. Можно добавить то, что больше нравится. Осьминог посредственный, почти резиновый 3. Коктейли — очень вкусные, подача интересная 4. Кальян — лично нам фирменный кальян не зашел. Вкус не раскрыт, какой-то пресный, второй раз я бы не заказывала 5. Интерьер понравился. Терраса выходит на проспект с видом на парк, инстаграмная уборная, в которой очень чисто В общем и целом атмосфера притягательная. Обслуживание действительно пока лучшее в городе, если не брать во внимание хостес. Официант Андрей очень старался, был внимательным и вежливым, поднял нам настроение и прекрасно справился со своей работой

We visited the Mana hookah bar in Minsk with friends and were absolutely delighted! The service is simply on a cosmic level: the waiters seem to read minds — everything is delivered on time, without delay. It can be seen that the team works as a single mechanism: there were about 10 waiters, 5 bartenders and 5 hookah drinkers in the hall — everyone is busy with their own business, but the atmosphere remains relaxed. The hookah is excellent, even on an ordinary bowl, the taste is revealed — you can feel that the craftsmen know their job. I was also pleased with the alcohol: the choice was decent, the drinks were of high quality. We didn't have enough time for the kitchen, but we'll definitely try it next time! I definitely recommend Mana for meetings with friends — they know how to create a mood here!

We went to this place and were left with mixed impressions. The prices here are not small, the expectations were high, but in fact it turned out just fine — there are pros and cons. Of the advantages: The interior is cool, it's really nice to be inside. The staff is great! The waiters work very well, polite and attentive. The lemonade is just a delight, very rich. Few places have such a drink, there is a separate like for it. In the kitchen — no wow effect. The salad is delicious, the pasta with shrimp is also normal, but nothing special, the usual basic meal. But tartarus disappointed (the score is slightly below average). First of all, we carried it for about 15 minutes, which is a bit long for this snack, as far as I'm concerned. Secondly, it was served with French fries. Honestly, they don't "get married" together at all. A thin, toasted piece of bread would be much better. And one more thing that really hurts the eyes is the scratched cutlery. For an institution with such a price tag and a claim to the level, this is a big minus, spoiling the whole impression. In general, it's worth going in for the atmosphere and lemonade, but the kitchen and the details of the establishment need to be tightened up.

The staff is uncomplaining, excellent service. The kitchen let me down, the octopus tentacles, in my opinion, were quite a bit short of rubber, tar tar is delicious, sweet potatoes are delicious, a little greasy for deep-frying, mango mousse dessert is delicious, interesting serving. The spicy seafood soup turned out to be an analogue of Tom Yam, but without a base on coconut milk and without cherry tomatoes, there is not enough seafood compared to competitors. The hookah is on the level, well made, hookah masters keep an eye on the charcoal. The interior and location are top-end. Everything written has been handed over to the waiter, work out the cooking technology.

I recently visited the Mana restaurant and was very pleased. Despite the fact that the place is new, the team is already working smoothly and professionally. The food is excellent. Everything is fresh, deliciously cooked and beautifully served. It is felt that the kitchen does not skimp on the quality of products. Staff - thank you very much! The waiters are friendly, attentive, always in touch, but not intrusive. You get the feeling that you are sincerely welcome here. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy - I want to come back again. I definitely recommend it! I am sure that Mana has a great future in Minsk. I'll definitely come back.

They started it...It's not about the food, of course, although you wouldn't expect anything else from a hangout place. The audience is young darkies, IT people, not very smart zoomers, intensively photographing cocktails for insta. Cocktails are the main feature, as I understand it, the presentation is creative, the author is respected) somehow reminded of the Moscow projects of the golden days, when such places flared up and faded like moths after six months, because the party ran into another clone. We don't have such a cycle of establishments, so I think we can hold out longer) It's annoying that staff communicates with memorized scripts, although it may be normal for someone, I'm not the judge here. In the near future, some of the guests will take a bite out of other fashionable hookah bars...then-as it goes) ...in general, there is a place to be, thank you!

I wanted to book a table on the terrace on July 3, and I was given 2 options for 2 hours each, with the request that after this time I need to vacate the table, because time is limited. Although the girl said before that that they ask the guests before booking "how long they want to stay" - what are these rules anyway? This is not a gourmet restaurant, it's just a "lounge". It's kind of surreal.… There is absolutely no desire to visit this institution. I don't have to look at my watch and check how long I have left to stay in an institution where they smoke hookah and listen to music. I want to enjoy the atmosphere, not feel so uncomfortable. Therefore, the bar of local history is "exaggerated." Perhaps I will continue to go to the old establishments where they know how to behave and not lose their "face".

The whole emphasis is on external attributes: expensive cars at the entrance, hookahs, mirrors for selfies and an "instagram" entourage. If you are looking for gastronomic discoveries, authenticity or a unique character, I assume you are not here. This is a project about pathos, not about meanings. A place for those who need to "show up." Professionally, cleanly, but secondary. Service. The team is trying, it's noticeable. But there are problems with the match: the reception can not always answer questions about the menu. For the level of the "entrance gate" of the institution, this is a management flaw. Thank you guys for your work, they're great. Kitchen. Marketing around the boss greatly overestimates expectations. In fact, it's nothing special (as for me). The food is OK, it is prepared diligently, but it is a work according to standard Moscow patterns, without an author's face. The only bright spot is the sweet potato, it really feels the idea and uniqueness. Otherwise, it's just a dinner with no pretense of memory. Interior. Art deco. Expensive, high-quality, but completely soulless. The concept is not readable. From the nuances: it is much more comfortable to sit on the islands in the center of the hall than at the tables by the windows - there is at least some comfort there. What is really done at the level is the hygiene zone. Zelinski & Rozen cosmetics, men's sanitary napkins, sticky rollers for clothes. That's why attention to everyday comfort is a plus.

Haze, steam room, there's just nothing to breathe. There was still hope for the meal, but it also disappointed. They brought us a cold drink for an hour - nothing to worry about, diluted rose water, an ice cube, a little cucumber and one egg. -50 rubles. They poured the water themselves, although the waiter had to do it. There were no free pavers, so we sat there for two hours. The hot dishes were taken out after 1.5 hours as we ordered, it was not bad, but absolutely not what the calculation was for. -165 rubles bill. We were very disappointed, shame on the waiters.

Despite the pre-confirmed reservation of a table on the terrace, the employee at the entrance continued a personal conversation on the phone, did not greet the guests and showed a frankly dissatisfied attitude. We were escorted to the hall, to the aisle and under the air conditioner, completely ignoring the fact of booking. When clarifying the reason for the transfer, the employee stated that there were no empty seats, although all the tables on the terrace remained empty. After waiting for the reservation retention rules, the situation has not changed. The repeated appeal was accompanied by the same dissatisfied tone and the statement that the tables were fully occupied, which did not correspond to the actual situation. We would like to point out that the staff did not consider it necessary to apologize for the situation, even formally. This demonstrates the lack of basic standards of service and disrespect for the guests. The restaurant positions itself as a high-level institution, but the quality of the staff's work does not match this. We recommend that the management immediately review the service standards and work with the staff.
