The five-day stay was generally comfortable: clean, quiet, pleasant interior, hearty breakfasts, friendly staff. However, one episode significantly affected the impression. After I forgot to leave the key at the reception, the hostess spoke to me in a harsh, chastising tone and in my presence made a remark to the employee in a raised tone. The hostess's communication style left an unpleasant impression and influenced the overall perception of the stay. I would like to have a more calm and respectful communication with the guests.

A lovely and cozy hotel. Friendly hosts, good breakfasts, everything is clean and new. It's a bit far from the center, but it was comfortable for us to walk, because the distance between the objects in the city is acceptable.
