The staff leaves an extremely unpleasant impression: there is a lack of customer orientation, employees are confused about their own responsibilities and do not know the basic service processes. They may forget to fill the order at all or, conversely, include it in the invoice, but not bring it. As a result, guests have to come up on their own and remind themselves, which is unacceptable for an institution of this level. Waiting time is a separate problem: you have to wait at least an hour for an order, and this does not depend on the workload of the hall. Unfortunately, the service completely spoils the impression of the visit.
