Adore. For 5 years now, all bags are only Makei. Quality, style, and mood are all about them. Their shops are very atmospheric and aesthetic, it's nice to even just go there to see. Of the minuses: recently, bags in stores have stopped being packed in fabric bags. This is a fundamental point, I still carry one bag, the rest are waiting for their turn, so as not to get dusty and dry out, I apply air conditioning and pack it in fabric. There are nuances in franchise stores: they look absolutely like branded ones, but they may not support all promotions, they may not have information on availability in other stores.

I came to pick up the order today, and to be honest, I was left perplexed by the service. I understand that before March 8, there is an emergency in stores, employees get tired, but, unfortunately, this does not justify rudeness. When I pointed out a small flaw on one of the products (I was choosing a gift, so I wanted the perfect one) and politely asked to see another one, instead of helping, I faced dissatisfaction and a psychotic reaction. I was literally "given" an order, creating the feeling that I was wasting my time. It's a shame, because I came for positive emotions before the holiday. This attitude completely discourages the desire to return to this store. I hope it's just a combination of circumstances, but the aftertaste is unpleasant.
