I want to leave a review about Magic Touch Studio. For the past 2 years, the guys have been constantly improving the service and quality of services, developing and adding new formats. Spa treatments and barrels are just great, you can see the attention to detail and customer care. I definitely recommend the studio. I would like to mention master Anastasia separately — this is a comfortable, gentle massage without pain, sudden pressure and "crunch". The effect is moderate in strength, very pleasant and effective. Anastasia is attentive to her well-being, asks questions and can advise on recovery and rehabilitation issues.

As a result, the masseuse reacted to our screams and said that the administrator would come up now, we need to wait. We were shown into the room, everything was fine in the process. We immediately asked to scrub harder, because the skin would peel off and we wanted an even tan. At the end of the whole process, they realized that the master was shirking and did not really do anything, everything remained in place. I finished the massage ahead of time. In the end, we left the rooms, the receptionist did not meet us and did not check if we liked everything. The only thing that smoothed everything out was tea with a chocolate bar. If you just want a gentle massage and relaxation, then here. But don't even wait for the service, plus due to the fact that there are no partitions, but only curtains, you can hear every rustle and sound.

To say that I'm in shock is an understatement, I have a question for the management.: did you check his aptitude at all, or did you take his word for it, he really likes to talk, how could I make sure? I have low back muscles and I need to relax with therapeutic(!) massage, which I have already undergone more than once from other masters and I know what it is, All this was indicated directly to the master before the appointment. But, not to mention that not a single muscle of the lower back was worked out at all, I had lumbago in my neck and arms, What was it all about? Therefore, this (I don't know what to call it) just scratched my shoulders for half an hour? Not only did he rub my skin, but he also sprayed alcohol all over my back without warning, after which my skin just burned all day, I'm not talking about the ethical side of my visit at all! He didn't come out while I was changing, discussing other clients and their weight. their illnesses, their personal lives, their problems with law enforcement agencies, the corpses of my compatriots in the war, what kind of horror is this?!!!! After I described this to your administrator, the only thing she said was that she did not want to discuss it with the "master", she offered me to deal with the director myself, whose contacts she did not send, but she called and offered to pay me anyway, so that, quote: "she had no problems and she didn't have to report to the management."....
