A normal hotel in the old part of the city. Not posh, but normal. I've stayed there a dozen times or more. Both alone and with his wife. The air conditioners were always working. There is no street noise, the hotel is located in a quiet location. Breakfast is fine, but there is no coffee for breakfast (not even instant). The receptionists are very friendly and will always help/ prompt. I stayed there for the last time about a year and a half ago. But if I have to go to Astana again, I'll stay there.
