On 12/19/2025, I was traveling by bus of this company on the route Minsk-Grodno. The bus driver made a sanitary stop for 5 minutes, did not reread the passengers, because of me and another young man stayed at the gas station, Since we went to the bathroom, our things were left in the bus that left. I will not use this carrier anymore.

A great carrier!!! A comfortable bus!!! The route was Grodno-Minsk. Special thanks to the wonderful driver Andrey, my son forgot the earphone case, we contacted the carrier, the driver called back that the forgotten item had been found and explained how to pick it up. In the future, we plan to travel only with this carrier!!!
