It's a great place, we came to Grodno from Russia, walked around the city and noticed this place. The staff was very kind and friendly, everything was done quickly, they sat us down at a table, offered us something that could suit us, and they quickly placed and brought us orders. The prices are all very nice, I would definitely come back!

We were with my brother at a hookah bar in Grodno. We sat down, ordered hookah, tea, beer, and had a quiet rest for 2 hours, playing backgammon. After 2 hours, the full order was made: a new hookah, new tea, more beer. A few minutes after everything was brought, an employee comes up and says, "No options, vacate the table, it's booked, move to the bar." Question: Are you serious? You have just accepted a full order from us — hookah, tea, beer. If the table is booked, why did the waiter accept the order and not warn you? It turns out that they took the money, and after 5 minutes they were kicked out to finish their beer and smoke a hookah at the bar. When boarding, no one warned us that orders are accepted only for 2 hours. Not a word about the time limit or the reservation. They asked to call the manager. The manager didn't come over. The employees who had been actively "solving the issue" abruptly became invisible. Bottom line: a ruined evening, the feeling that we were just taken for a pre-order before being exposed. This is not a joint of one waiter - it is a systemic problem with the organization and attitude towards regular guests.

I've been there for the first time today. The pleasant and calm atmosphere, attractive interior and wonderful staff are immediately noted. I also liked the food, so I can say with confidence that I will want to come back here.
