Beautiful building in the center of Minsk. The interior is well renovated, modern equipment. I was sure that the specialists there would be of the highest class, so I went to treat the front tooth, but alas, they made a beautiful shape, but they did not pick up the color. I went for a makeover, it got a little better, but it's all nonsense, considering that it's an upper tooth... The sadness is sad, I didn't even expect this, trusting them with my smile... Even when filling out the medical record, the doctor looked at me and was surprised that I did not have iron deficiency anemia. Further, during the examination on the dental chair, I was given presumptive diagnoses: diabetes, gastrointestinal problems, thyroid problems. As for the specific dental problem, I still haven't heard the answer to my question. There was a feeling that the doctor positions himself as a general practitioner, but not a dentist. I still had a very unpleasant feeling from the reception, because I did not ask for this kind of consultation, but came with a specific problem that could not be resolved.

I arrived at the clinic at 13:40, after checking at the reception if I could come over, they sent me to the office and told me that as soon as the patient leaves, I can come in. At 13:50, the last patient left the doctor's office. When she came in and told me about the problem, the doctor kicked me out and said I needed to make an appointment. After the procedure, the staff flatly refused to give us the tooth, citing internal instructions.We understand that there are rules, but in normal pediatric dentistry, doctors always find a compromise: they disinfect and give it in a bag. Here they were faced with dry bureaucracy and complete indifference. The child was crying from resentment right in the lobby. A children's clinic should have a human approach, not blindly following paperwork. The attitude towards small patients is disgusting, we won't come here anymore!

After treatment, on the second day, the tooth began to ache, acute pain when chewing, an acute reaction to warm, cool and sweet food, I can not chew anything on this side. The doctor WAS IN such A HURRY DURING THE TREATMENT, as if she would be given a medal for speed, she WAS RUDE to me for asking how the treatment would go, in the end she TOUCHED MY NERVE!!! Now you will have to remove the nerves of the tooth, treat the channels, put a crown, the tooth will become dead, although initially there was a common shallow caries, SHORTENED THE LIFE OF the TOOTH!!!The clinic REFUSED TO FIX THE SITUATION, although the tooth was under warranty! The tooth repair will cost me several hundred times MORE THAN the initial cost of treatment! I don't recommend going to this dentist unless you want to spend a lot of money like me and end up losing a tooth!!! DON'T blindly trust positive REVIEWS!!!
