Located in the Beijing Hotel in Minsk. A good selection of drinks and food. There is a summer terrace, which is divided into smoking and non-smoking areas. The staff are young, friendly and courteous. Prices are moderate by Moscow standards.

It's a shame for such a hotel. Waiting for a glass of wine for 20 (!) minutes. For three days in a row, the same arrogant maidens were at the counter. Cocktails of three components are prepared for half an hour according to a note in a notebook. Don't expect your order to be accepted at a table or brought to you - everything is done by yourself at the counter. I could have put minus 10, I would have.
